Exciting progress is underway at Clare Court Apartments. As construction continues on the highly anticipated Clare Court II expansion, we’re pleased to share the latest updates on what’s to come.
Scheduled for completion in Summer 2026, Clare Court II will introduce a brand-new, three-story garden-style community designed to complement the charm of the existing property while enhancing the overall resident experience. This expansion will add 41 thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, bringing the total community to 83 residences.
Set on a beautifully maintained eight-acre campus, the development continues to take shape as a unique blend of city convenience and a peaceful, park-like setting. In addition to new apartment homes, the project includes enhanced parking and upgraded community spaces that will support both comfort and connection.
Future residents can look forward to a wide range of amenities, including a community room with kitchen, business center, fitness center, game room with a dedicated kids’ nook, and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas—all designed to foster a welcoming and connected environment.
As construction progresses, Clare Court remains committed to delivering high-quality housing paired with meaningful resident services. The on-site team will continue to provide programs and resources that support residents and strengthen connections both within the community and throughout Baltimore City.

The holiday season is here, and Clare Court is proud to partner with the Maryland Food Bank to support families in need through our annual Holiday Food Drive!
As an added thank-you for giving back, Clare Court is offering a waived application fee for anyone who donates to the food drive. Simply bring your items to the leasing office, contribute to the collection, and our team will take care of the rest.
From now until December 18, 2025, we’re inviting residents, neighbors, and community partners to join us in making a meaningful impact this season.

Exciting progress is underway at Clare Court in north-central Baltimore! On September 5, city officials, development partners, and community members gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking of Clare Court II Apartments — the second phase of this growing community. Owned by Homes for America and managed by Habitat America, Clare Court II will introduce 30 new affordable apartments, further expanding access to quality housing in Baltimore City.
While construction begins on the new building, the existing Clare Court community is also welcoming residents to 12 newly renovated one- and two-bedroom apartments. Nestled within the historic Waverly/Ednor Gardens-Lakeside neighborhood, Clare Court offers a beautiful blend of history, charm, and modern living. The community’s eight-acre park-like campus provides convenient access to Johns Hopkins’ Eastern Campus, the YMCA, multiple bus lines, and a variety of neighborhood events that bring residents together.
Together, these efforts demonstrate an ongoing commitment to revitalizing the area, ensuring that families and individuals can enjoy modern, affordable homes close to essential amenities and community resources.
