Income Requirements. Prospective applicants must meet the current eligibility income limits as established by HUD. The household’s combined annual income may not exceed the income limits set forth maximum income guidelines. The income limits are adjusted annually. Management is responsible for verifying all sources of income and assets for all members of the household. Voucher holders do not have a minimum income requirement but must meet all the other requirements.
