On September 5, city officials, development partners, and community members gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking of Clare Court II Apartments — the second phase of this growing community. Owned by Homes for America and managed by Habitat America, Clare Court II will introduce 30 new affordable apartments, further expanding access to quality housing in Baltimore City.<\/p>\n

While construction begins on the new building, the existing Clare Court community is also welcoming residents to 12 newly renovated one- and two-bedroom apartments. Nestled within the historic Waverly\/Ednor Gardens-Lakeside neighborhood, Clare Court offers a beautiful blend of history, charm, and modern living. The community’s eight-acre park-like campus provides convenient access to Johns Hopkins’ Eastern Campus, the YMCA, multiple bus lines, and a variety of neighborhood events that bring residents together.<\/p>\n

Together, these efforts demonstrate an ongoing commitment to revitalizing the area, ensuring that families and individuals can enjoy modern, affordable homes close to essential amenities and community resources.
